Step into the exciting world of FIRST LEGO League (FLL) with our beginner-friendly competition team! Designed for students interested in robotics, teamwork, and innovation, this class introduces the fundamentals of FLL competitions. Participants will have the option to participate in an official FIRST Lego League Challenge competition, usually held on the second week of November at St. Anne's Belfield in Charlottesville.
Perfect for students in grades 6th-8th who are new to FLL or want to strengthen their FLL skills. No prior experience is required—just curiosity and enthusiasm!

FIRST LEGO League (FLL) is a global robotics program that inspires young people to explore science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) through hands-on learning and friendly competition. Each year, the FLL challenges change, and are centered around a theme. In this course, students will get to tackle FLL competitions in-house at Blue Ridge Boost, and experience how FLL teams design, build, and train for competitions of call kinds.
