Join Camp Cargo Connect, an engaging and hands-on summer camp where kids will dive into the world of transportation and logistics! Inspired by the FIRST LEGO League Explore: Cargo Connect season, this camp combines STEM learning, teamwork, and creativity to teach kids how cargo moves from one place to another—and how they can design the future of delivery systems.

What Campers Will Do:

At Camp Cargo Connect, kids will explore how packages and goods are transported across the world and think of innovative ways to make the process faster, safer, and more sustainable. Through collaborative activities and LEGO building, campers will:

1. Discover the Science of Cargo Delivery
   • Investigate how trucks, trains, ships, planes, and even drones transport goods.
   • Learn about the challenges cargo systems face, like traffic jams, delivery delays, and energy use.
2. Brainstorm and Design Solutions
   • Use their creativity to imagine new ways to improve transportation systems.
   • Think about ways to make delivery more efficient, fun, and eco-friendly.
3. Build and Program a LEGO Model
   • Work as a team to design and build a moving LEGO model that represents their cargo transportation solution.
   • Program their model using LEGO Education tools like SPIKE Essential or WeDo 2.0.
4. Create a Show Me Poster
   • Document their research, ideas, and LEGO model on a vibrant poster.
   • Share their work with peers, family, and camp leaders during a fun showcase at the end of the week.
